Birth chart computation based on Vedic (sidereal) astronomical calculations
AI-powered astrological consultation using classical texts
Predictive analysis across multiple astrological systems
Chart storage and management

3. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Astrological readings, predictions, and consultations provided by Anvaya Jyotish — whether generated by AI, rule-based engines, or any other method — do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:

Medical, health, or wellness advice
Financial, investment, or business advice
Legal advice
Psychological or therapeutic counsel

Always consult qualified professionals for decisions related to health, finances, law, or personal well-being. We are not liable for any actions taken based on astrological readings.

4. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features are available through credit purchases or subscription plans. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

Credits: Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used.
Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests for unused credits or subscriptions within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@anvayajyotish.com.

6. Free Tier

Free accounts receive a limited number of AI consultation questions. Free features may change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our algorithms or data
Create multiple accounts to circumvent quotas
Resell or redistribute consultation outputs without authorization
Submit false birth data with intent to harm others

8. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, models, rule engines, UI designs, and content are the intellectual property of Anvaya Jyotish. Classical astrological texts referenced are in the public domain; our computational implementations of their rules are proprietary.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvaya Jyotish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
